pcso8 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "pcso8" / "the Company" / "we" / "us ": refers to the pcso8 online casino and sports betting platform operated under PAGCOR regulation and accessible at pcso8.org.
• "Player" / "you" / "your": refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the pcso8 platform in any capacity.
• "Account": refers to the registered player account created upon successful completion of the pcso8 registration process.
• "Platform": refers to the pcso8 website, mobile site, and any associated applications or services offered by the Company.
• "Real-Money Play": refers to any game, bet, or wager placed using funds deposited into a pcso8 account.
• "Bonus Funds": refers to any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, or other incentive amounts credited to a player account by the Company.
• "Wagering Requirement": refers to the minimum total bet turnover a player must complete before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR": refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing licensed gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC": refers to Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals or at the Company's discretion.
• "AML": refers to Anti-Money Laundering compliance obligations under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulation.

By completing the pcso8 registration process, by using the pcso8 Login to access your account, or by otherwise accessing or using any part of the pcso8 Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any documents, policies, or guidelines incorporated herein by reference.

Your acceptance of these Terms forms a legally binding contract between you and pcso8. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party or using a third party's payment method, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms, and your acceptance of these Terms will be deemed acceptance on behalf of that party.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and pcso8.

Use of the pcso8 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulation governing real-money online gaming;
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual, and not on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity for the purpose of real-money gaming;
• You are not a resident of, nor physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You have not previously been excluded from the pcso8 Platform through a self-exclusion request or a Company-initiated suspension or ban;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or contractor of pcso8, nor an immediate family member of any such person, for the purposes of participating in real-money gaming;
• You are not a person of unsound mind, nor under the influence of substances that impair your judgment at the time of placing any real-money wager.

pcso8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of account access and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Any person who registers or continues to use the Platform in breach of the eligibility requirements set out in this Section does so in violation of these Terms. pcso8 shall not be liable for any losses incurred by an ineligible player, and any winnings generated through an ineligible account may be forfeited.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the pcso8 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same identity documents, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information whenever any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pcso8 Login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. pcso8 will never contact you to request your password by any means.

You agree to notify pcso8 immediately at the contact details provided in Section 15 if you have reason to believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your login credentials have been compromised.

5.1 Currency. All transactions on the pcso8 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Where a payment channel processes transactions in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. pcso8 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or third-party conversion fees.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. pcso8 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, and Visa/Mastercard. The availability of specific payment channels may change without prior notice. Players are responsible for ensuring the payment method they use is registered in their own name.

5.3 Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the Cashier section of the pcso8 Platform. These limits may vary by payment method and player account tier. pcso8 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time in accordance with PAGCOR AML requirements.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) and AML review. Approved withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on the payment channel selected. pcso8 does not charge withdrawal fees, however third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the pcso8 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.

5.6 Inactive Account Fees. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. pcso8 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.

pcso8 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion, as well as the general conditions set out in this Section. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.1 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds credited to a pcso8 account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Until wagering requirements are met in full, Bonus Funds cannot be converted to withdrawable cash.

6.2 Game Contributions. Different game categories on the pcso8 Platform contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, table games, Dragon Gate, Teen Patti, and Bingo may contribute a lower percentage or may not contribute at all. Contribution rates are published in the Promotions section.

6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will be automatically forfeited. Expired Bonus Funds will not be reinstated under any circumstances.

6.4 Abuse & Fraud. pcso8 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated systems, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion. Winnings generated through abusive bonus use may be forfeited and the account suspended.

All games available on the pcso8 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, Dragon Gate, Teen Patti, Bingo, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or in the Games section of the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing real-money wagers.

7.1 Random Number Generators. All RNG-based games on pcso8 use certified random number generation systems. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness and statistical randomness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

7.2 Live Dealer Games. Live casino games are operated by third-party studio providers under their own licences. The rules of each live dealer game are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical failure during a live dealer game session, the round will be voided and stakes returned unless the outcome has been determined and recorded prior to the failure.

7.3 Sports Betting. All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the sport and market in question. pcso8 reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets differently in cases of match abandonment, event cancellation, or where there is evidence of irregular activity affecting the integrity of an event.

7.4 Technical Errors. pcso8 shall not be liable to pay winnings where a game malfunction, technical error, or software bug has resulted in an incorrect game outcome or the display of a false winning amount. Such results will be voided and stakes returned where technically possible.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pcso8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting any other person in circumventing the single-account rule;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any interaction with pcso8 support;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose;
• Employing any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with games or the Platform in place of genuine manual play;
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with Platform staff to influence game outcomes;
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after funds have been used for gaming;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your pcso8 account.

All content on the pcso8 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, databases, page layouts, and compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of pcso8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pcso8 Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of pcso8.

The pcso8 name, logo, and associated brand marks are the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks for any commercial or promotional purpose is strictly prohibited.

pcso8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

pcso8 may share player data with PAGCOR and other Philippine government agencies where required by law, regulation, court order, or lawful request from a competent authority. Such disclosures will be made only to the extent necessary and permitted by applicable law.

pcso8 employs industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, access controls, and regular security audits to protect player data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pcso8 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming session progress, or any business interruption.

pcso8's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes pcso8's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

pcso8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective upon publication on the pcso8 Platform. Where a material change is made, pcso8 will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the pcso8 Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting pcso8 support.

pcso8 may also update individual game rules, bonus terms, and promotional conditions from time to time. The most current version of all documents will always be accessible on the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict of law principles that would result in the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the resolution of any dispute.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, pcso8 encourages players to contact our support team to seek an amicable resolution. Many disputes can be resolved efficiently through direct communication with our player experience team.

pcso8 operates under the regulatory authority of PAGCOR. Regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through their official channels, separate from any contractual dispute resolution process under these Terms.
